About the role

About Us
Condukt is the next-generation compliance platform for financial services, offering an agentic solution powered by real-time data for business identity.
Always-on and policy-aware, Condukt enables financial institutions and fintechs to gain actionable insights into business verification - unlocking growth, increasing efficiency, and strengthening compliance.
We were founded by former operators and builders with deep experience in banking, payments, and lending. Today, our team spans across London and Porto, bringing together engineers, product owners, and operators from companies like Revolut, Meta, Block (Square), SumUp, American Express, Yandex, and OakNorth.
Trusted by leading regulated entities, including Wise, Tide, Mollie, Shift4, Flatpay, and myPOS, Condukt is backed by top investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners and MMC Ventures.
 Position Overview
As a GTM Associate, you’ll sit at the centre of Condukt’s commercial engine, generating new pipeline across financial services and working hand in hand with our Account Executives to turn it into revenue.
You’ll build opportunities from the ground up: reaching high-growth fintechs and financial institutions with well-researched outreach, qualifying inbound interest quickly, and running first discovery conversations. Your work doesn’t end at the first meeting. You’ll stay on the deal with our Account Executives, help build the customer relationship and, as you grow, lead smaller deals end to end alongside an AE.
As an early-stage, fast-growing company, we value people who take ownership, move with urgency, and are excited to help build both a market-leading product and a repeatable enterprise sales motion. You’ll work closely with our AI Deployment Strategists, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win.
If you’re at the start of your commercial career, energised by meeting new people, and keen to take on more responsibility fast, this role is for you.
 What you’ll do:
Own early-stage pipeline creation with fintechs and financial institutions that match our ideal customer profile

Research and map target accounts, identifying the right C-level Risk & Compliance, Operations, and Product leaders to engage

Help build and run our outbound motion, with sharp, well-researched messaging across email, LinkedIn, phone and events. Test creative formats beyond the usual sequences, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook

Respond fast to inbound interest and qualify every lead on fit, urgency and decision-makers

Lead discovery calls, support AEs on live deals and, as you grow, lead smaller deals end to end

Bring what you hear from the market back to Product and Leadership, helping shape who we sell to and spot new market opportunities

Pick up whatever the business needs next: priorities will shift as we scale, and you’ll help shape where we go

What you bring:
1-3 years in a client-facing or target-carrying role, with a proven record of booking net-new meetings

Genuine energy for meeting people, and the confidence to pick up the phone, walk into a room of strangers and start the conversation

Resilience in the face of rejection, and the drive to keep going for the wins

Ability to learn fast, handle ambiguity and change course when priorities shift

Hands-on attitude, with a focus on outcomes rather than titles

Intellectual curiosity about the compliance space

Fluency with AI and data tools to work faster and smarter

Strong organisation across follow-ups, sequences and your CRM

Low-ego, collaborative approach and openness to feedback

Genuine interest in fintech and how financial institutions onboard customers and manage risk

Excellent written and spoken English

The right to work in the UK

Bonus:
Sales experience preferred, but not required for the role

Background in fintech, banking, payments, or lending ecosystems

Second language proficiency (German, French, and Dutch, especially valued)

 Our offer:
Tackle meaningful problems with real-world impact

Competitive salary and equity package

Flat hierarchy with direct access to the founders

Hybrid, 3 days a week in our London office

Top-of-the-line equipment

Private health insurance, plus sick and compassionate leave as needed
