Why roadsurfer?
TEAM SPIRIT & TEAM EVENTS: Look forward to a collegial atmosphere with flat hierarchies, lots of fun and great team spirit, as well as regular team events such as joint sports sessions, pizza & beer evenings, etc.
FLEX WORK & WORKACTION: Working location is Munich. Thanks to our flex work policy, you will be able to work flexible hours, switch between office and home office days, and spend one month a year working from another European country.
CAMPER BUDGET: You will receive a free annual rental of our campers so you can experience the #happyroadsurfing lifestyle for yourself.
THE PLACE TO BE: Enjoy a beautiful, bright office with everything your heart desires including table tennis and table football. You can also indulge in weekly breakfast and lunch specials.
OFFICE DOGS: Dogs are welcome in our office
SALARY: 600€-9000€ (depends on your previous experiences)
YOUR START: Availabilities from January 2027 on (3 month)
The role - your passion
You will enjoy a diverse work environment, supporting multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Fleet Operations, Customer Experience and many more
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes of departments.
You support teams in their daily business and gain insight into different areas of the company.
What you need to surf a wave with us
You are looking for a mandatory internship or would like to complete a voluntary orientation internship
You want to develop yourself and your skills and are motivated to learn new things
You are able to grasp concepts quickly and make connections.
You have good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
You have strong communicaton skills and are fluent in German and English (at least B2 niveau) (other languages are a plus)
