<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, starting with simpler cases and building towards greater autonomy.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Develop expertise in <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Catalog Transformer</strong> — Mirakl's AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content, and by identifying opportunities for process and reporting automation.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams, capturing feedback from onboarding activities to continuously improve the seller experience.</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products</li>
