This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives.Key job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Partner with the MCCF Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics, goals and mechanisms• Lead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers• Develop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement • Assist Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management and reviews• Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance - Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent - Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools- Experience presenting to senior leadershipOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
