You should be prepared to take responsibility for tracking the attendance and work flow of that team and work alongside the Shift Manager to highlight and rectify issues as they arise.Key job responsibilitiesCreate and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work areaManage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customersEnsure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelinesContinuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operatorsAdjust labor allocation throughout the shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecastsEngage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, trainingHelp to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimizationA day in the lifeDemonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example.
