Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders. Key job responsibilities2+ years working experiences Work at flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays if needed Good at MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently. Customer oriented mindset, have a sense of urgency in completing all departmental and personal goals Willing to take additional duties/tasks assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
