This role will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across India's fulfillment network while managing critical programs that impact customer experience and business profitability.Key job responsibilities1. Loss Recovery & Cost Optimization: Partner with Seller Loss Prevention (SLP) to implement and scale Loss Recovery program2. Launch programs to drive down CPS for middle mile pickup channel.3. Quality & Compliance Excellence: Work closely with TRC team to develop and execute comprehensive TRC audit execution plan and ensure compliance with operational standards across all partner facilities4. Create and collaborate with partner teams create network optimization strategies and partner with operations team to establish and drive seamless operations. Create comprehensive partner engagement strategy5. Lead partner engagement initiatives and conduct detailed cost calculations by launching Partner scorecard system to track performance metricsEstablish Partner escalation management mechanism for issue resolutionConduct monthly Partner MBR (Monthly Business Reviews)Design and implement Partner Recognition & Rewards (R&R) program - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
