You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.Key job responsibilitiesManage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing)Allocate tasks and monitor associate productivityEnsure quality checks and minimize defectsFollow and enforce SOP complianceTrack and report daily performance metrics (KPI)Coordinate with Area Managers for smooth operationsResolve on-floor issues and ensure timely dispatch - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience- high school diploma or equivalent- High school or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Experience in problem solving and identifying problems using metrics and dataOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
