Help us write the next chapter in Amazon's technological evolution.Key job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Technical Operations• Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration• Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours• Execute local technical projects from conception to completionProblem-Solving & Process Improvement• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges• Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard proceduresCustomer Support & Collaboration• Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure• Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities• Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams• Travel within region to support on-site needs as requiredThis position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our network of facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative IT solutions. - Experience working with Windows server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM- Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment- Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP)- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications - Experience in networking- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
