In this role, you will independently manage operational workflows, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders. You will serve as a key execution resource within the Operations function, driving credit bureau processes, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of operational records and manage customers complaints/disputesKey job responsibilitiesManage and improve end-to-end operational and dispute management for credit bureau functions. processes independently; handle daily operational activities and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, credit bureau, and MIS reporting; build queries to pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets.Perform transaction, settlement, payout, and ledger reconciliations; investigate mismatches, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.Prepare operational dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review; ensure reconciliation records are audit-ready and accurate.Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency; support automation activities with basic Python scripting. - Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B.
