This leader will own the On The Road (OTR) area, ensuring ultra-fast deliveries with the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.You will drive network strategy and execution — routing, transportation, process and delivery execution — partnering with Operations, ACES, and Tech teams to build scalable solutions.Key job responsibilities• Safety: Own safety culture and compliance across all nodes in the region• People: Develop and lead Delivery Operations Analysts, driving high performance and engagement• Operational Performance: Monitor and optimize key metrics with real-time management• Capacity & Transportation: Size fleet and resources according to forecasted demand, ensuring coverage and cost efficiency• Route Optimization: Propose improvements in route-length, cycle time, and stop sequencing• OTR Projects: Lead lane expansion, capacity adjustments, and geographic coverage growth• Continuous Improvement: Eliminate defects via RCA, implement mechanisms (Gemba, audits, WBR/DBR), and reduce cost per package• Expansion: Support launches of new SSD nodes in the metro area• Willing to work during weekends/holidaysA day in the lifeAs a Last Mile Manager in SSD Transportation, you will work at the intersection of customer promise, transportation capacity, technology, and operations. The role combines strategic with operational execution.
