You will be driving the continuous improvement and operational excellence projects in Japan to deliver a world class customer experience. Your hands-on leadership, operational instincts, and sharp analytical skills, paired with the ability to build and leverage relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, will empower you to tackle industry-level strategic challenges with creative, scalable solutions.Operating with significant autonomy and discretion, you will drive the development of solutions to some of the company's most challenging business issues and help scale the network rapidly and safely with your strategy.
