The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site.Key job responsibilities1- Daily management of shift — start-of-shift readiness, live floor control and end-of-shift handover.2- Administrative management of associates.3- Job allocation to associates basis volume, skill matrix and process priority.4- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.5- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.6- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.7- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.8- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis. - 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience- high school diploma or equivalent- High school or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
