We proactively monitor processes and operational compliance to continuously increase the effectiveness of Relay's products — providing fast-paced investigation and analytics to protect Customers, Carriers, Drivers, and Amazon globally. - 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Experience with SQL or ETL- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages - 2+ years of software development, or 1+ years of systems engineering experience- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or experience in development or technical support- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiencesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
