We’re looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join our Operations TeamPurview of a Team LeadConsumables Management & Motherbags Recirculation: Own end-to-end management of INSC warehouse consumables including procurement, inventory tracking, and Motherbags recirculation. Ensure optimal stock levels, minimize wastage, and drive cost-efficient replenishment cycles for uninterrupted operations.BAU & Peak Readiness Planning: Develop and execute consumables and IT4M supply plans for both BAU and peak periods. Proactively forecast demand surges, build buffer strategies, and ensure zero-disruption readiness during high-volume events.IT4M Requirements Ownership: Manage all IT4M (IT for Maintenance) requirements for INSC, including identification, prioritization, and timely resolution of IT infrastructure and equipment needs to support warehouse operations across BAU and peak.Stakeholder Coordination & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance) to streamline consumables and IT4M workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and publish regular MBRs to ensure accountability and cost efficiency. - Bachelor's degree- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with ExcelOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
