Build strong relationships and gather and organizeinformation on problems and procedures to drive significant top andbottom-line results and develop solutions.2. Gather information and improve the supplier/vendor selection,profitability, operations and customer experience for the company’scategories.3. Prepare reports and analyze information to negotiate effectivelywith supplier/vendors to establish joint goals, improve cost structure,and sustainably grow the P&L.4. Concisely represent the business to senior Amazon leadership,advising on key business and operational matters, through reporting,business reviews, financial planning sessions, and escalations,focusing on identifying problems, solutions, and improvements.5. Work cross-functionally with counterparts across supply chainmanagement, marketing, finance, Amazon programs, and retailsystems, to establish business strategies and practices to operate andgrow the categories.6. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet andexceed revenue and profitability targets.7. Manage vendor relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts,manage day-to-day relationships, and manage complex negotiations.8. Experience must include two years in each of the following: 1. End-To-end vendor management, including developing new strategic vendor relationships, driving negotiations, managing growth levers and ensuring operational and logistical performance. 2. Collaborating with vendors and building strategic relationships to grow the business and elevate customer experience. 3. Developing a product roadmap to drive process and system improvements and identify and drive long-term opportunities. 4. Using SQL or Advanced Excel to analyze data to support business decisions.The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $133300 - $185000 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
