Work across multiple operations, platform technology, and local tech teams to deliver the new product/service in a timely fashion. Success in delivering this includes the ability to hold successful working backwards reviews with senior leaders to create and align on new product visions, implementing it by building new services and influencing technology and product leaders across the company.3. Responsible for solving challenging problems that do not have obvious solutions or precedence. The PM also needs to continuously iterate to improve already launched products/features4. Prioritize decisions and conduct tradeoffs for the portfolio of products, envision long term strategies and detail them in clear business requirement documents.The position is located in Bangalore, India - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology products - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
