You'll have the opportunity to: • Drive impactful compensation programs across multiple markets • Partner with senior leaders to develop creative solutions for complex compensation challenges • Lead strategic initiatives that directly influence our ability to attract and retain top talent • Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values innovation and ownershipKey job responsibilitiesYou'll have opportunities to: • Partner with global teams on innovative compensation solutions • Drive strategic initiatives that impact thousands of employees • Develop deep expertise in international markets and compensation practices • Build influential relationships across all levels of the organization • This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India - Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data- Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries- Experience with Excel - • Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. • Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. • Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets. • Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. • Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools. • Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred. • Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
