Your challengeAre you looking to bridge the gap between your studies and the professional world? At Hubject, we are looking for a motivated Working Student in Finance (all genders) to support our team. You will gain hands-on experience in everything from day-to-day accounting and invoice verification to the complexities of monthly and annual closings. This is your chance to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting, master ERP systems, and help us optimize our financial processes. Your TasksSupport with invoice verification and preparation
Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
Support budget planning and forecasting
Prepare reports and presentations for management
Contribute to process optimization in finance
Your ProfileEnrolled student in the final Bachelor semester or Master’s program (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar)
Basic knowledge of accounting or controlling is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel, ideally with ERP system experience
Analytical and structured working style
LanguageGood command of English, German is a plus
Start dateAs soon as possible
LocationOnsite in Berlin
Hybrid system with at least one office day per week
