We are a welcoming and professional nail salon, Ezoncs Beautysalon in Utrecht where quality and customer satisfaction come first. Our team consists of enthusiastic specialists dedicated to providing the best experience for our clients.

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact in our salon. You ensure every client feels welcome and that the daily schedule runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Managing the appointment schedule and bookings within different platforms
- Handling phone calls and online inquiries
- Processing payments
- Performing administrative tasks
- Supporting the team when needed
- Supporting the salon manager
What do we expect from you?
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills (English and preferance Dutch, not a must)
- Experience with scheduling/appointment systems (beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Basic computer skills
