<p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Riverlane is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator & Developer to define, develop and administer one of the business-critical systems that keeps the company running. </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{}">This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day administration with development and continuous improvement. You'll keep our ERP platform stable, secure and well-configured, act as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and build the scripts, workflows and integrations that make NetSuite work harder for Finance, Operations and the wider business. <br></span></p>

<p>We are in the middle of a phased NetSuite implementation, and this role is central to owning and evolving the platform as it grows. You'll be joining as the environment is being stood up, giving you the opportunity to shape how it's run from the outset and ensure the environment has robust configuration, controls and data integrity. </p>
<ul>
<li>Phase 1: NetSuite OneWorld across multiple entities and currencies. Scope includes fixed assets, multi-book accounting, currency revaluation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation. </li>
<li>Phase 2: Expected to extend the platform with, Advanced Revenue Management for contract revenue recognition, and Inventory Management, including multi-location and serial-number tracking.</li>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Administration & Configuration </strong></p>

<li>Own the setup and configuration of NetSuite, including user roles, permissions, workflows and system preferences.</li>
<li>Keep configurations aligned with business processes and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance.</li>
<li>Act as the NetSuite subject matter expert, supporting the business, and provide training that helps end-users get the most from the platform in their daily work.</li>
<li>Maintain data accuracy, integrity and security.</li>
<li>Manage segregation of duties within roles and permissions to support audit requirements.</li>
<li>Use sandbox environments and managing NetSuite's twice-yearly release updates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Development & Automation </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, build and maintain custom scripts and workflows using SuiteScript, JavaScript and SuiteQL to automate tasks and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process enhancements using native system capabilities.</li>
<li>Ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose, tested and documented.</li>
<li>Leverage automations and integrations to enhance the usefulness of the ERP solution and productivity of Riverlane staff. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting & Insights </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and maintain dashboards and reports using native ERP reporting features.</li>
<li>Support data transformation and visualisation to inform operational and strategic decisions. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Security & Compliance </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement and enforce security policies that protect sensitive business data.</li>
<li>Manage access controls and audit trails in line with standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Optimisation </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and other business platforms.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance, Operations and other teams to translate business needs into system solutions.</li>
<li>Partner with the IT management team on change requests and projects, delivering on time with documented testing and support materials.</li>
<li>Support the wider IT team with general issues to build overall team capacity. </li>
</ul>
<h3><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <strong>Requirements & Experience</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Deep, hands-on expertise administering NetSuite — configuration, customisation, migrations, maintenance and troubleshooting — ideally with 3+ years in a comparable role.</li>
<li>Proficient scripting across SuiteScript, JavaScript and SuiteQL.</li>
<li>Strong data transformation and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with financial data (required), and exposure to ERP implementations or phased rollouts (desirable).</li>
<li>NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer) preferred.</li>
<li>Sound understanding of data security, access control and compliance frameworks (ISO, Cyber Essentials).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate finance requirements into NetSuite configuration and to work effectively across stakeholders (Finance, Operations) and technical teams (developers, integration partners).</li>
<li>A customer-first attitude, strong project-management discipline, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
