The team consists of up to 5 Account Managers and Business Developers covering the EMEA region. Together, you'll be scaling AI-driven revenue growth for Mirakl Connect across retention, expansion, and pipeline generation.</div>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to drive upsell, renewals, and churn reduction targets, while personally acting as executive sponsor for a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Define and execute the growth strategy across the customer base, covering upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and churn prevention from highly automated mid-market motions to high-touch enterprise relationships.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by leading the BDR team, with targets aligned across the Sales Director, enterprise Account Executives, and Marketing.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Drive the adoption of AI and automation across customer touchpoints, renewals, expansion triggers, and prospecting, working closely with Product, Ops, and agent builders to test, measure, and scale what works.</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Champion the voice of the customer by translating insights into product feedback that shapes the Mirakl Connect roadmap, while building a team culture grounded in ownership, experimentation, and results.</li>
