<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You will join our Finance &amp; Accounting team based in Berlin, playing a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will contribute directly to supporting Stark's hyper-growth and mission-critical defense technology initiatives.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, statutory reporting, and financial compliance across our operations. You will drive process improvements, maintain precise financial records, and provide key financial insights to empower data-driven strategic decisions.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing, preferably within a fast-growing tech or manufacturing environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong expertise in HGB accounting principles; thorough familiarity with IFRS is highly desirable.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA/Steuerberater qualification is a plus).</span></li>
