<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As <strong>Sector Lead, Insights Consulting</strong>, you will report to the Regional Head of Insights Consulting and be responsible for the success, growth and retention of our strategic clients within your assigned sector across the region.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You will provide strategic leadership for the sector, taking direct responsibility for key accounts while supporting Client Leaders in managing and developing medium-sized and smaller accounts. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, business growth and team performance. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span data-teams="true">Acting as a senior research strategist and thought leader in communications and marketing measurement, you will help clients understand the value of their measures through data-driven insights and strategic advice</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Alongside your client responsibilities, you will lead, coach and develop a team of senior professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and consulting services that meet the needs of both domestic and global clients.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Drive sector growth and client retention</strong>: Develop and implement strategies to grow client relationships, strengthen retention and identify opportunities for account development within your sector.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Lead and develop the team:</strong> Manage, coach and mentor a team of Senior Insights Consultants and Insights Consultants, supporting their professional development and overall performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Provide strategic client leadership:</strong> Lead key accounts and support Client Leaders in developing and delivering effective strategies for medium-sized and smaller clients.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Support business development:</strong> <span data-teams="true">Act as a senior communications and marketing research strategist and thought leader, contributing to new business opportunities, client pitches and upselling initiatives.</span></span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Collaborate across teams:</strong> Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Drive innovation:</strong> Identify opportunities to improve our products and services, champion new approaches and support the adoption of innovative solutions across your sector.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Essential skills and experience</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Fluency in both English and German</strong>, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">At least 5 years' experience in driving strategic customer growth, retention and account development.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2–3 years' experience managing client relationships and leading or developing small teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and long-term client partnerships.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining high standards of client service and delivery.</span></li>
