• PRIMARY DOCUMENTS: a. Building height below 10.00 mts) 1. Registered Title deed 2. Photographs Of Plot From Each Directions 3. Extract of Master Plan/ZDP/ILUP indicating location of the site u/r 4. Link Document 5. Latest E.C 6. Updated property tax (H.T / VLT) receipt 7. Declaration Of Owner 8. Notarized affidavit with SRO stamping or Registered Mortgage deed handing over 10% BUA in GF/FF/SF duly marking the same in drg., wherever applicable. 9. Previous sanctioned plan copy (if the existing building in the site was sanctioned previously) 10. Registered gift deed for road widening portion if the site affected under proposed Master Plan / ILUP roads. 11. NOC from Oil / Gas Authority (wherever required).. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS b. If the building height exceeds 10.00 mts 1. Soil test reports issued by the empaneled consultant / 2. Structural designs with drawing prepared by empaneled Structural Engineer 3. Contractor All Risks Insurance Policy for the construction period 4. Undertaking on Rs.100/- NJS paper by Owner , builder, Architect, structural Engineer 5. Declaration-cum-undertaking on Rs.100/- NJS paper from the Owner and Builder
