Land application for NA under the Article 65

This approval is required for acquiring land that was initially an agricultural land but is now converted to Non Agricultural (NA) land. Since it is barren or not fit for cultivation, the agricultural land can be converted to NA as per law. It is then permissible to construct any structure on such land after acquiring this approval.
