The licence be valid at the time of completion certificate. 3. The service plan be approved. 4. Electrical Service plan be approved and verification of service laid as per the approval. 5. The company will transfer the licenced land to the Government agency falling under 18/24 mtr. road and green belt. 6. The applicant will obtain the occupation certificate before final completion certificate. (Group Housing, Commercial, IT Colony) 7. EDC and IDC be fully paid and bank guarantees on account of IDW be valid. 8. Applicant must made the updated compliance of Rules 24, 26(2), 27 & 28. 9. Submit report regarding infrastructure augmentation charges. 10. Third party audit on 15% profitability and CA certificate regarding 15% profit. 11. Status of development work alongwith site photographs and CD/DVD regarding completion of public health services, internal roads. 12. Status of total community sites/approval of zoning/building plans and occupation certificate granted. 18. Status of NPNL plots. (detail of NPNL plots and rates approval for NPNL) 19. Status of handing over EWS plots to housing board/allotees. 20. Status regarding handing over of park/internal road/public utility to the concerned authority. 21. Handing over community sites to the Government agency and constructed by the Government. 22.
