Consent for Operation
This licence is required by any person proposing to establish or operate an industry likely to discharge sewage/trade effluents. They has to obtain prior Consent to Establish/ Consent to Operate from KSPCB under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 by submitting the prescribed application. The Occupier also has to obtain prior Authorization from the Board for handling Hazardous/Bio-medical waste under the Environment Protection Act 1986.
