The Beedi & Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) (Karnataka) Rules, 1969

This licence is required by the owner of a beedi or cigar manufacturing unit or both. No employers shall use or allowed to use any place or premises as an Industrial premises unless they hold this licence which allows manufacturing process connected with the making of beedi or cigar or both.
