This approval is required for brewery or manufactory which shall be constructed and/or established only with an explicit permission of the State Government under these rules: - (1) Any person intending to construct and/or establish a brewery or manufactory shall apply to the State Government through the Excise Commissioner for the required permission in Form B- 1. Where a person desired to contract and work a Brewery and also a manufactory, he shall make separate application in this behalf.
