1)This certificate is required to obtain clearance from the Public Works Department in order to construct petrol pumps. 2)The petrol pump in question must fulfill and meet the necessary laws and rules with regard to setting up of the petrol pump on the approach road where it is to be constructed 3) It should not affect the smooth movement of the vehicles or drainage of the approach road where it is to be built.
