This approval is for applicants desiring to obtain a new water connection (or reconnection) to their premises for commercial use on a temporary or permanent term. The filled application form along with the required fees shall be submitted to the PHED. Public Health Engineering Department, PHED, was bifurcated from the erstwhile PWD and became a fully-fledged Department in 1974 in Nagaland.
