1	A Bank Draft equivalent to 10% of the cost of Plot in favour of The Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Ltd. Chandigarh drawn on any Scheduled Bank Payable at Chandigarh, towards earnest money Attested copy of the Partnership Deed/ Memorandum, and Articles of Association/ ByeLaws	If applicable. In case of existing units under production, an attested copy of Permanent SSI registration issued by General Manager DIC concerned be attached. Relevant documentary evidences/attested affidavits in token of category or categories mentioned under Col. Nos. 9 of the application form Government issued Photo ID Proof	If applicable
