Consent for Operation (CFO) and Authorisation under Hazardous and other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 from TS Pollution Control Board

This CFO and authorisation is required by every occupier of the facility who is engaged in handling, generating, collecting, storing, packaging, transportating, using, treating, processing, recycling, recovery, pre-processing, co-processing, utilisation, offering for sale, transfer or disposal of the hazardous and other wastes; are also required by actual users intending to import or transit for transboundary movement of hazardous and other wastes and also by operator of disposal facility.
