| 1 | Affidavit in support of the eligibility of the licence An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.50/- prepared on behalf of a person authorized by the manufacturer unit Certified copy of appropriate proof with the intention that the applicant manufacturer company and custom bonded ware house license for the current financial year will be effective and continued for the full term of the current financial year Certified copy of the PAN card issued by the Income-Tax department to the manufacturing unit (Company) Complete details of the update approved licence of custom bonded ware house and the copy of Import licence which is issued by the carry and forwarding agent on behalf of manufacturer unit Copy (Abstract) of the register of applicant firm issued by the Registrar Firms and Societies / the list of company's board of directors which is certified by the Registrar of Companies Electrical safety certificate issued by the competent authority Fire safety certificate issued by the competent authority Full address of the registered office of the manufacturing unit, list of brands and labels of foreign liquor, a box of each label and number of bottles and cans packed in the box and details of their retention and location of the manufacturing unit where foreign liquor of the said labels will be brought G.S.T./VAT payment certificate Original copy of Letter of authority executed / issued (mentioning the designation of working person) in favour of applicant with the resolution passed by the respective company's Board of Directors Original copy of the Power of Attorney executed on behalf of the person appointed and authorized for work operation, on non-judicial stamp paper with the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the manufacturer company Original or certified copy of partnership deed of applicant firm / company's memorandum and articles of association. (In case of firm / company's only) Registration certificate / establishment certificate of the applicant firm / company or its duly attested copy has been attached Upload a copy of the blueprint of the map, certified by the Public Works Department.
