Authorization under Hazardous Wastes (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989

This approval is for every person who is engaged in the generation, processing, treatment, package, storage, transportation, use, collection, destruction, conversion, offering for sale, transfer or the like of the hazardous waste and shall be required to obtain an authorization from the State Pollution Control Board.
