This approval is required by any person who is engaged in handling, generation, collection, storage, packaging, transportation, use, treatment, processing, recycling, recovery, pre-processing. co-processing, utilisation and/or disposal of hazardous and other wastes. The applicant will be required to make an application to Nagaland Pollution Control Board and obtain an authorisation within a period of sixty days from the date of publication of these rules.
