Change in Land use - Municipal Corporation
This approval is required by any user desiring to change the land use. Each such application for alteration in the use or structure of the building or land, shall have the nature and extent of such alteration. As per the Nagaland Town and Country Planning Act, 1966, no person shall use any land, sub-divide any land or set up a new structure on any land covered under the land-plan (as defined under the Act) or change the existing structure of any building or use of any building or land within the area without the permission of the state authorities.
