Registration of Property - Municipal Corporation
This approval is required to get property registered in Nagaland. Unlike other states in India a property can only be dealt by an indigenous tribe of the state. Tribal leaders have already adopted their own specific rules for preserving their land. Therefore, a prospective applicant who is not an indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland will be produce a land lease agreement.
