Approval of consent application is required to ensure that the information provided in the application is complete in all respect. If information is incomplete, the application is to be returned back to the applicant for more detail data. Repeating approval is required in case the project proponent could not complete the establishment of his Unit within the prescribed vaildity period of the Consent to establish Certificate.
