Approval of consent application is required to ensure that the information provided in the application is complete in all respect. If information is incomplete, the application is to be returned back to the applicant for more detail data. The Consent to Operate application is to be accompanied by compliance report on the terms and conditions of the Consent to Establish issued. Repeating approval is required before one month of the expiry of the the validity of the Consent to Operate issued.
